For passengers who have purchased tickets through the Line Official Account @seatranferry or at the Seatran Ferry ticket sales points. If passengers require a full receipt, please click here to fill in the details and print the full receipt/tax invoice.

If you purchased a ticket via www.seatranferry.com, please return to the booking page to search for your booking information by following these steps:

1.Click on the "Booking Information" icon.
2.Enter the ticket and passenger ID card information, then click "Search."
3.Once the booking details are displayed on the screen, scroll down to print the tax invoice and proceed with the next steps.

Conditions for Issuing Full Receipt/Tax Invoice:

You can print the document immediately after your travel is completed.
Requests for full receipt/tax invoice must be made within 60 days after the travel date.

Note:

If your booking does not meet the above conditions, please send a request via email to [email protected].
If you booked your ticket through an agent, please contact the agent to request the receipt/tax invoice.
The receipt/tax invoice will be issued based on the amount shown on the simplified receipt. It is not possible to separate the issuance of receipts/invoices by individual items.
